Mediterranean Restaurant definition
Mediterranean Restaurant means the business operation of a restaurant or food establishment whose primary business is the preparation and retail sale of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Persian or Greek cuisine. As used herein, the term “primary business” means that the gross sales of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Persian or Greek cuisine constitute more than ten percent (10%) of such tenant’s total annual gross sales from its premises.
