Medium Defect definition

Medium Defect means an Error as defined in the System maintenance and support agreement between the City and the System Contractor.
Medium Defect means a moderate failure of, or moderate defect in, the tested functionality of the applicable Mission Critical System which makes it difficult to use or produces incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent results, but excluding Critical Defects, High Defects or Low Defects.
Medium Defect refers to a Defect limiting or restricting the use of the Product without these limitations or restrictions being sufficient to qualify the Defect as a Major Defect. “Metric” refers to the limitations on the use of the Product, including as to the number of authorized CPUs, such as set out in the Order Form.

  • Latent Defect means a defect, inherently lying within the material or arising out of design deficiency, which do not manifest themselves and/or was not reasonably discoverable during Defect Liability period.
