Medium or media definition

Medium or media means and includes, but is not limited to, website postings, Cable TV postings, advertisement in trade magazines, direct mailings, and advertisement in a newspaper of general circulation in The Township.
Medium or media means the type of physical substrate utilized to record and communicate information regardless of format, such as magnetic tape, paper, microfiche, CD-ROM, cable, broadcast, or the Internet and the World Wide Web.
