Medley Funds definition
Medley Funds means, collectively, Medley Opportunity Fund Ltd., Medley Opportunity Fund LP, Medley Opportunity Fund II LP, Medley Opportunity Fund III LP, Medley Capital Corporation, Sierra Income Corporation and any other limited partnerships, or funds, for which the Company, directly or indirectly, acts as general partner or investment manager and “subsidiaries” or “subsidiary” shall not be deemed to include any of the Medley Funds;
