Meeting Rights definition

Meeting Rights means the right to attend and speak at the General Meeting, either in person or by a proxy authorised in writing;
Meeting Rights means the right to attend the General Meeting and to speak therein, as referred to in Section 2:227, subsection 1, of the Dutch Civil Code.
Meeting Rights means the right to, in person or by a proxy authorised in writing, attend and address the general meeting.

Examples of Meeting Rights in a sentence
