Member Accounts definition

Member Accounts means the Member Before-Tax Accounts, the Member After-Tax Accounts and the Member Rollover Contribution Accounts. To the extent an Associate makes a Rollover Contribution pursuant to Section 11.02 and the Associate is otherwise eligible but has not yet completed the participation requirements of Section 2.01, such contribution shall also be a Member Account.
Member Accounts means all the accounts conducted pursuant to Rule 6 in respect of a Member or Members generally (as the context requires).
Member Accounts means the accounts which are maintained under the DC Provisions in the Fund:

  • A Member shall have a fully vested interest at all times (i) in his Member Accounts and (ii) in his Company Profit Sharing Contribution Account balance determined as of July 31, 1997.

  • The effective start date will be the date the first purchase order is issued through June 30, 2017.

  • Members are required to remit and comply with the payment terms of ComEd. The Village will not be responsible for late payment or non-payment of any Member Accounts.


More Definitions of Member Accounts

Member Accounts means the accounts which are maintained under the DC Provisions in the Fund and are comprised of the Employee Account, the Employer Account and the Optional Account.
Member Accounts means accounts held by you or other members of the Credit Union.

  • Member Account means the regular account and the variable account.

  • Management Accounts means, in relation to any Reporting Period, the Franchisee’s management accounts which: (a) comply with paragraph 3.10 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives); and (b) are required to be delivered to the Secretary of State by the Franchisee in accordance with paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Retirement Accounts has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(7) hereof.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Operating Accounts shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.03.A.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Separate Account shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in Section 3 of ERISA.

  • Designated Accounts means any and all unsecured credit facilities (including without limitation unsecured card or non-card credit facility) that you have with the Participating FIs and excludes joint accounts, any renovation loan, education loan, credit facility granted for businesses or business purposes and such other credit facility that is excluded under the MAS regulations relating to unsecured credit facilities to individuals.

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Subaccounts is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Sub-Account means any of the individual sub-accounts of a Participant’s Account that is maintained as provided in Article VIII.

  • Interim Accounts means the unaudited consolidated quarterly financial statements of the Issuer for the quarterly period ending on each 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year, prepared in accordance with GAAP.

  • Tax Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6 hereof.

  • Employer Account The Participant's Matching 401(k) Contributions Account, Matching Thrift Contributions Account, Employer Contributions Account, Qualified Matching Contributions Account and Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account, as the case may be.

  • Accounts means all presently existing and hereafter arising accounts, contract rights, payment intangibles and all other forms of obligations owing to Borrower arising out of the sale or lease of goods (including, without limitation, the licensing of software and other technology) or the rendering of services by Borrower and any and all credit insurance, guaranties, and other security therefor, as well as all merchandise returned to or reclaimed by Borrower and Borrower’s Books relating to any of the foregoing.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Special Accounts means the accounts referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement;
