Member Advances definition

Member Advances is defined in Section 7.7.
Member Advances means the advances on distributions made by Parascript to Members on or after January 1, 2007 and prior to the Closing Date.
Member Advances has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7 hereof.

Examples of Member Advances in a sentence
