Member-at-Large definition

Member-at-Large means any Regular Member who is not a Councilor, an officer, the Chairperson of Council, the Minute Keeper of Council or a member of JC.
Member-at-Large means any individual appointed to the Thomson Lake Regional Park Authority, that is not a representative of a municipality that constitutes the Thomson Lake Regional Park Authority.

Member-at-Large means a person who represents the general citizenry of the county.
