The receiving party may disclose Confidential Information if required to do so by law, if the receiving party provides the disclosing party with prompt notice and complies with any protective order imposed on such disclosure.
For matters relating solely to their own Member Government, the Member Governments agree to provide or fund legal services to the District for matters not covered by insurance, within the scope of their expertise, and for which there is no conflict of interest.
