Member Government definition

Member Government shall have the same meaning as in the Interlocal
Member Government or “member” means a government which is a party to the intergovernmental agreement establishing the ORS 190 Entity.
Member Government means a local government that is a member of the Cooperative, admitted to membership pursuant to the terms of this Interlocal Agreement and by binding execution of this Interlocal Agreement.
