Member Household means a domestic establishment occupied by at least one adult person who has purchased a membership in Canadian Parents for French in accordance with policies established for membership by the National Board of Directors.

More Definitions of Member Household

Member Household means all Households located within the Lake Pine communityas defined in Article II, Section 2e. and 2f. of these By-laws.

Member Household means a Member that is composed of one or more persons who will own a Membership Interest (as sole, community, partnership, joint tenancy, tenancy-in-common, or other jointly owned property) with the intent of purchasing a single dwelling unit in the cohousing development. If a Household is composed of more than one person, each person within a Household shall be jointly and severally liable for the Household’s obligations as a Member. A Household, regardless of the number of natural persons within that Household shall only have the rights and responsibilities of a single Member.

Member Household refers to each self-defined subset of all Members (including subsets consisting of one Member, if any) who intend to purchase and occupy a particular Unit together. For purposes of this Agreement, Capital Contributions and Capital Accounts shall be recorded on the basis of Member Households.

Member Household means all Households located within the Lake Pine community as defined in Article II, Section 2 e. and 2 f. of these By-laws.
