Member Meetings definition

Member Meetings means the meeting of the Members of each Amalgamating Party, including any adjournment or postponement of such meeting in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, to be called and held for the purpose of obtaining the required Member Approvals;
Member Meetings means meetings of members of the Agency, in accordance with Part VIII of these bye-laws;
Member Meetings means either an Annual Meeting of the Members or a Special Meeting of the Members as further defined in Article III of these By-laws.

Examples of Member Meetings in a sentence

  • They are expected to attend Annual Member Meetings, vote for directors, and are entitled to comment on matters affecting MdBC.

  • Notwithstanding the above, if a Member has not attended two consecutive duly noticed Member Meetings and does not attend the subsequent duly noticed meeting(s), such Member will be deemed to be present so that a quorum will be considered present.
