Member Payment Dependent Notes definition

Member Payment Dependent Notes means Borrower Securities not secured by Secured Member Payment Dependent Note Collateral.
Member Payment Dependent Notes means a note issued by the Borrower to investors, which note shall correspond to an individual Member Loan, or portion thereof, facilitated through the Borrower’s lending platform.
Member Payment Dependent Notes means those promissory notes issued by the Company on the Company’s online platform.

  • Closing Date Indebtedness means the aggregate amount of Indebtedness of the Company as of immediately prior to the Closing.
