Member Records refers to all applications, expirations, records, and other written or electronic information relating to any and all Plans written by or applications accepted on behalf of CDP pursuant to this Agreement and possessed or maintained by or on your behalf.

Member Records means the financial, administrative and other records and systems referred to in Clauses 3.7 to 3.13 (both inclusive) and includes all books and records of any associate of the Member (within the meaning of the Act) and any partner of the Member;
