Member Resolution definition

Member Resolution means a special resolution by the Members directing the Directors to take, or refrain from taking, specified action.
Member Resolution means a copy of a resolution certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Company to have been duly adopted by the Managing Member and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification, and delivered to the Trustee.

Member Resolution means a resolution of the Eligible Members following a vote held in accordance with Article 27, in the form set out in Schedule “C”, signed by a quorum of the Chief and Council;
