Member Team definition

Member Team means any team, including any Varsity and Junior Varsity team, which has been accepted as a Member of the League pursuant to the procedures set forth herein.

  • The Team is an NFL Member Team in good standing of the NFL and, to its best knowledge, is in compliance with all applicable NFL Rules and Regulations that are relevant to the transactions contemplated herein.

Related to Member Team

  • IEP team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Member means a member of the Board;
