Member Team definition

Member Team means any team, including any Varsity and Junior Varsity team, which has been accepted as a Member of the League pursuant to the procedures set forth herein.

  • In addition, LICENSEE shall provide NBAP with any additional pieces of Licensed Product as may be required for the permanent use of the Member Teams, not to exceed one (1) piece per Member Team.

  • LICENSEE acknowledges that affiliates of the former owner of the Member Team currently known as the “Anaheim Ducks” and formerly known as the “Mighty Ducks of Anaheim” own, control and/or commercially exploit properties associated with the “Mighty Ducks” m▇▇▇ (e.g., motion pictures, animated television cartoon series, etc.).

  • This Agreement, together with any exhibits or attachments hereto, constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto and cancels, terminates and supersedes any prior agreement or understanding relating to the subject matter hereof between Licensee and the NBA, any Member Team thereof or NBAP.

  • The grant of license described herein will not apply to such properties or any trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights associated with such properties, as distinguished from the operations of such Member Team.

Member Team means any existing or future member team of the National Basketball Association or any other future league which is not characterized as a minor league.

Related to Member Team

  • IEP team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.
