Member Trusts definition

Member Trusts means, with respect to each Sibling Member, (i) the Class B Trusts set forth across from such Sibling Member’s name on Schedule C hereto and (ii) any trust, the income beneficiaries of which are one or more of such Sibling Member and his or her descendants or the current income of which would be required to be distributed to one or more of such persons if any current income of such trust were to be distributed, which becomes a party to this Agreement in accordance with Section 13.5.

Examples of Member Trusts in a sentence

  • Only an owner of a token that was issued by the Company and has a corresponding Item that is being stored by the Company may redeem the associated Item stored.

  • Other Trusts Means the Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 2001-1A-1-O, the Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 2001-1A-2-O and the Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 2001-1B-O, created by the Other Agreements.

  • Liquidating Trust means the liquidating trust maintained by the Trustee holding the Trust Assets of the Partnership, identified as the "PLM Equipment Growth Fund III Liquidating Trust"; also referred to herein as the "Trust."

  • PFPC Trust means PFPC Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of PFPC Trust Company.

  • Trusts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Liquidating Trustee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).
