Member work days definition

Member work days means days on which the Member is contractually required to be in attendance at the Member’s job location, or at other District required and/or approved activities at another location.

Examples of Member work days in a sentence

  • A Bargaining Unit Member shall be eligible to advance to the next step or lane on the salary schedule provided that the Bargaining Unit Member shall have rendered professional services for at least One Hundred Twenty (120) days of the Bargaining Unit Member work days in that school year (unless otherwise required by law).

  • The increased revenue attributable to Bargaining Unit Members shall be distributed equally among all Bargaining Unit Members who have rendered professional services for more than sixty (60%) percent of the Bargaining Unit Member work days in that school year (unless otherwise required by law).

  • The length of each school year shall not exceed one hundred eighty-four (184) days, specifically including two (2) conference days, two three (23) professional development days and two five (25) Bargaining Unit Member work days (one at the beginning of the year and one at the end of each grading period).

  • A Bargaining Unit Member shall be eligible to advance to the next step or lane on the salary schedule provided that the Bargaining Unit Member shall have rendered professional services for at least 120 days of the Bargaining Unit Member work days in that school year (unless otherwise required by law).

  • If the "Net Revenue Gain/Loss" results in a decrease in revenue, Bargaining Unit Members shall split Two Percent (2%) of the decrease equally among all Bargaining Unit Members who have rendered professional services for more than sixty (60%) percent of the Bargaining Unit Member work days in that school year (unless otherwise required by law).

  • The balance of the school calendar, including all Association Member work days, shall be adjusted accordingly so that all work days on the calendar are fulfilled.

Related to Member work days

  • Work Days means judicial days (or a day when the court is open).

  • Major Work means any Work to Construct or Maintain the Distribution System that costs more than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars;

  • Work crew means a program of partial confinement

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and

  • DAY WORK means on item of work requiring the employment of labour with or without materials as the case may be, which, in the opinion of the Senior Engineer /Civil-in-charge, is not capable of being evaluated by the accepted methods of measurement or assessment and is paid for on the basis of the actual labour and materials utilised on the particular item of work referred to.

  • Time Worked means time during which an employee is performing labor or services for the benefit of an employer, including all time s/he is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.

  • Work period means the period specified in a Plan when an employee is at work.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Shift Work is defined as the same work performed by two or more employees or two or more successive sets or groups of employees working successive periods.

  • Framework Commencement Date means [insert date dd/mm/yyyy];

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • a work means the outcome of building or civil engineering works taken as a whole which is sufficient in itself to fulfil an economic or technical function;

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Work group means a crew or number of crews which work from a common point of assembly and perform work of a similar nature in a defined seniority block. Where more than one (1) work group works from a common point of assembly the work groups will be defined by the Employer.

  • Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Make-Ready Work means all work performed or to be performed to prepare AT&T-22STATE’s Conduit Systems, Poles or Anchors and related Facilities for the requested occupancy or attachment of CLEC’s Facilities. Make-Ready Work includes, but is not limited to, clearing obstructions (e.g., by rodding Ducts to ensure clear passage), the rearrangement, transfer, replacement, and removal of existing Facilities on a Pole or in a Conduit System where such work is required solely to accommodate CLEC’s Facilities and not to meet AT&T-22STATE’s business needs or convenience. Make-Ready Work may require “dig ups” of existing Facilities and may include the repair, enlargement or modification of AT&T-22STATE’s Facilities (including, but not limited to, Conduits, Ducts, Handholes and Manholes) or the performance of other work required to make a Pole, Anchor, Conduit or Duct usable for the initial placement of CLEC’s Facilities.
