Member’s Governing Body definition

Member’s Governing Body means the board of directors, board of supervisors, council, trustees or other voting body that controls the individual public agencies that are Members.
Member’s Governing Body means the respective Board of Directors or other voting body that controls each individual local public agency that is signatory to this MOA.

Examples of Member’s Governing Body in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, any Member may withdraw from this Agreement if for any reason the Member’s Governing Body does not appropriate sufficient monies for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Each Member Director and Alternate Member Director shall serve at the pleasure of the appointing Member’s Governing Body and may be removed from the Advisory Board by the appointing Member’s Governing Body at any time.

  • No amendment of this Agreement shall be valid unless it is set forth in a writing signed by the Member and/or the Member’s Governing Body.

  • Any Member may withdraw from the Solutions Alliance by giving notice to the Chair of the Solutions Alliance of such action by the Member’s Governing Body prior to August 1.

  • No amendment of the Certificate shall be valid unless it is approved by the Member and/or the Member’s Governing Body and is filed in compliance with § 18-202(a) of the LLC Act.
