Membership Classification definition

Membership Classification means cities over 500,000 population; cities up to 500,000 population; towns; villages; and summer villages (see Bylaws, Article 3.04).

  • Lumian Foundation will invoice the applicable renewal fee to a Member ninety (90) days prior to the Member’s Renewal Date, which will be due and payable on the Renewal Date, and Member’s payment thereof shall constitute a renewal of membership as a participant in Lumian Foundation at the Membership Classification selected.

  • HCA will invoice the then-current renewal fee to a Member ninety (90) days prior to the Member’s Renewal Date, which will be due and payable on the Renewal Date, and Member’s payment thereof shall constitute a renewal of membership as a participant in HCA at the Membership Classification selected.

  • Lay Off And Recall Classification Seniority shall prevail in the event of Temporary Lay-offs, with the most junior Member in a Membership Classification being laid off first.
