Partner Level means the program levels as described in detail in the applicable PartnerEdge Program Guide.
Aggregate Share Ownership Limit means not more than 9.8% in value of the aggregate of the outstanding Shares and not more than 9.8% (in value or in number of shares, whichever is more restrictive) of any class or series of Shares.
Common Stock Ownership Limit means not more than 9.8% (in value or in number of shares, whichever is more restrictive) of the aggregate of the outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Company. The number and value of outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Company shall be determined by the Board of Directors in good faith, which determination shall be conclusive for all purposes hereof.
Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.
Common Share Ownership Limit means not more than 9.8 percent (in value or in number of shares, whichever is more restrictive) of the aggregate of the Outstanding Common Shares, or such other percentage determined by the Manager in accordance with Section 13.9.
Share Level means the level of the Share as determined by the Determination Agent by reference to the level of the Share published by the Exchange.
Aggregate Stock Ownership Limit means not more than 9.8% in value of the aggregate of the outstanding shares of Equity Stock. The value of the outstanding shares of Equity Stock shall be determined by the Board of Directors in good faith, which determination shall be conclusive for all purposes hereof.
Маrgin Level for CFD trading shall mean the percentage of Equity to Necessary Margin ratio. It is calculated as: Margin Level = (Equity / Necessary Margin) x 100%.
Final Share Level means the Share Level at the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date.
Total Shareholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a Share.
Base Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month which is 12 calendar months prior to the month for which the Substitute Index Level is being determined;
Look-Through Ownership Limit means, for any Look-Through Entity, a number of the Outstanding shares of Class B Preferred Stock of the Corporation having an Aggregate Value not in excess of the excess of (x) 15% of the Aggregate Value of all Outstanding shares of Equity Stock over (y) by the Aggregate Value of all shares of Equity Stock other than Class B Preferred Stock that are Beneficially Owned by the Look-Through Entity.
Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.
Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.
RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:
Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.
Total Stockholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a share of the Company’s common stock.
Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Ownership Limit means, for any Person other than the Initial Holder or a Look-Through Entity, a number of the Outstanding shares of Class C Preferred Stock of the Corporation having an Aggregate Value not in excess of the excess of (x) 8.7% of the Aggregate Value of all Outstanding shares of Equity Stock over (y) the Aggregate Value of all shares of Equity Stock other than Class C Preferred Stock that are Beneficially Owned by the Person.
Relative Total Shareholder Return or “Relative TSR” means the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Companies TSR on a relative basis. The Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs will determine Relative TSR. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.
Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.
Company Action Level RBC ’ means, with respect to any insurer, the product of 2.0 and its authorized control level RBC;
Ownership Threshold has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(a).
Integration Level means the Social Security taxable wage base for the Plan Year, unless the Employer elects a lesser amount in (i) or (ii) below.
EPS means earnings per share.
Ownership Limitation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c)(i).
