Partner Level means the program levels as described in detail in the applicable PartnerEdge Program Guide.
Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.
Share Level means the level of the Share as determined by the Determination Agent by reference to the level of the Share published by the Exchange.
Маrgin Level for CFD trading shall mean the percentage of Equity to Necessary Margin ratio. It is calculated as: Margin Level = (Equity / Necessary Margin) x 100%.
Final Share Level means the Share Level at the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date.
Total Shareholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a Share.
Base Level means the following amounts plus the percentage
Membership Card means a card issued by the Club to indicate membership of a Membership Scheme.
Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.
Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.
RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:
Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.
Total Stockholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a Share.
Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Relative Total Shareholder Return means for the Incentive Period the Total Shareholder Return of the Company compared to the Total Shareholder Return of the Peer Group, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit C.
Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.
Company Action Level RBC ’ means, with respect to any insurer, the product of 2.0 and its authorized control level RBC;
Integration Level means the Social Security taxable wage base for the Plan Year, unless the Employer elects a lesser amount in (A) or (B) below.
Partnership Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in each case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s Partnership Units divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Units.
EPS means earnings per share.
Company TSR means, for any Performance Period, the Company’s TSR for such Performance Period.
Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:
Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score is then calculated for each S&P Industry Classification, shown on Schedule 2, and is equal to the sum of the Equivalent Unit Scores for each issuer in such industry classification group.
Partnership Percentage means a percentage established for each partner on the Partnership' books as of the first day of each Fiscal Period. The Partnership Percentage of a Partner for a Fiscal Period shall be determined by dividing the amount of the Partner's capital account as of the beginning of the Fiscal Period by the sum of the capital accounts of all of the Partners as of the beginning of the fiscal Period. The sum of the Partnership Percentage for each fiscal Period shall equal one hundred percent (100%).
Common Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner, plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in either case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s ownership of Partnership Common Units and computed on a hypothetical basis after taking into account all allocations through the date on which any allocation is made under Section 6.2.D hereof, divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Common Units.
Revenue Growth means the percentage change in revenue (as defined in Statement of Financial Accounting Concepts No. 6, published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board) from one period to another.
