Membership Plan definition

Membership Plan means a package of ongoing Medical Services and Non-Medical Services, as further defined on Appendix 2 and Appendix 3, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference (collectively the “Services”). Services included in the Membership Plan may be updated by Practice, from time to time. Practice will provide Patient with notice prior to updating offered Services. At any given time, the list of current Services offered by Practice shall be posted on Practice’s website (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇).

Membership Plan means Elevation Travel Membership and any and all successor organizations or assignee organizations which may continue to convey Membership Plan Benefits to Members.

More Definitions of Membership Plan

Membership Plan means the subscription to the Enterprise Membership Plan, the Business Membership Plan or the G-Cloud 10 Membership Plan as defined at Section 11 below or as may be amended by the Company from time to time.
