Membership Roster means a list of existing Board Members of Contractor’s non-profit organization. The list shall include the names of Board Members, their title, Board mailing address, phone numbers and email addresses of Board President and Vice President (Chair and Vice Chair).

  • The Faculty Association shall provide the District updates to the Membership Roster by the twelfth (12th) day of each month, in order for the dues and/or fees to be deducted from the employee’s wages in that month and remitted to the Faculty Association.
