Membership Schedule definition

Membership Schedule means the membership schedule attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “A” (as amended by the Manager from time to time to reflect any transfers permitted under this Agreement), which sets forth the name, address, Capital Contribution amount, the class of Membership Interest, and the percentage of Membership Interest within the respective membership class for each Member of the Company.

Membership Schedule means that schedule set forth on Exhibit B hereto, as may be amended and updated from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Examples of Membership Schedule in a sentence

  • In the event of the Member being covered by any other medical or applicable insurance, then the Member shall be obliged in the first instance to claim against such insurance and Specialty Emergency Services shall only be liable in respect of such amounts which exceed the cover provided by such insurance and up to the Benefit Limits stated in the Membership Schedule.

  • The Members shall each own Units in the Company with their initial Interests in the Company equal to the proportionate percentages as shown in the Membership Schedule.

  • Membership Agreement means these terms and conditions (as amended from time to time in accordance with clause 2.2 and any relevant laws or regulations) taken together with your Membership Form.

  • Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • PRICED SCHEDULE OR QUANTITIES means the schedule duly priced.

  • Part VI means Tariff, sections 200 through 237 pertaining to the queuing, study, and agreements relating to New Service Requests, and the rights associated with Customer-Funded Upgrades in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.

  • Purchaser Schedule means the Purchaser Schedule to this Agreement listing the Purchasers of the Notes and including their notice and payment information.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Term SOFR Adjustment means a percentage equal to 0.10% per annum.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Work Progress Schedule means the continually updated time schedule prepared and monitored by Contractor that accurately indicates all necessary appropriate revisions as required by the conditions of the Work and the Project while maintaining a concise comparison to the Baseline Schedule.

  • Membership Unit means a Membership Common Unit, a Company Preferred Unit, a Company Junior Unit or any other fractional share of the Membership Interests that the Managing Member has authorized pursuant to Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 hereof.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.
