Menu Choice definition

Menu Choice means the Appointee’s menu choice on the menu set out in Table A3.7 of ‘Final price control determination notice: policy chapter A3 – wholesale water and wastewater costs and revenues’. All references to the menu for the purposes of this Notified Item refer to that table;

  • AT&T-7STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Arkansas, California, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX means LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION, acting through its companies or business units as identified on the face of this Contract. If a subsidiary or affiliate of LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION is identified on the face of this Contract, then "LOCKHEED XXXXXX" means that subsidiary or affiliate.

"Prospective state contractor" does not include a municipality or any other political subdivision of the state, including any entities or associations duly created by the municipality or political subdivision exclusively amongst themselves to further any purpose authorized by statute or charter, or an employee in the executive or legislative branch of state government or a quasi-public agency, whether in the classified or unclassified service and full or part-time, and only in such person's capacity as a state or quasi-public agency employee.
