MEP SUBCONTRACTOR definition

MEP SUBCONTRACTOR means any individual, firm, corporation, or other non-governmental organization that performs mechanical (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning), electrical, plumbing, or fire protection (fire suppression) work for the Project, and enters into a contract with the General Prime Contractor to perform their division of work.

  • They shall be attended by the Project Manager and supervisory board members of the Contractor and MEP Subcontractor.
