Merchandise Material definition

Merchandise Material means any and all Merchandise information, Merchandise warranty information, logos, images, and point of sale materials of Vendor, all related packaging, labeling and other Documentation and all related advertisements and promotional materials furnished or authorized by Vendor or on behalf of Vendor or Vendor’s agents to Academy or a third party acting on behalf of Academy.
