Merchandise Revenues definition

Merchandise Revenues means gross revenues attributable to or payable from the sale of any merchandise and retail items offered at the Hotel.
Merchandise Revenues means the revenues generated from sales of merchandise directly from the BCCI Website calculated as follows: Retail price (excluding cost of delivery and any applicable taxes) minus wholesale price = Merchandise Revenue.
Merchandise Revenues means the revenues generated from sales of merchandise directly from the IPL Website calculated as follows: Retail price (excluding cost of delivery and any applicable taxes) minus wholesale price = Merchandise Revenue.

  • AOL shall also have the right of termination specified in Section 2.6. In no event shall the failure of Merchandise Revenues or Sales Revenues to equal or exceed certain revenue targets set forth in Section 4 and this Section 10.2 be deemed a material breach of the Agreement by either AOL or FLOWERS.

Merchandise Revenues means gross revenues derived from or attributable to the sale of any Branded Merchandise offered at the Hotel, including all Branded Merchandise, products and sundries sold from the Hotel Retail Store and including the full purchase price of purchases in whole or in part by means of gift certificates, advertising certificates or trade-ins.
