  • Where My Business Dashboard is made available to you, the definition of Merchant Data Account in this Agreement shall include My Business Dashboard, such that the terms and conditions that apply to the Merchant Data Account shall apply equally to My Business Dashboard or such similar or replacement product made available to you from time to time, and any of our obligations in respect of the Merchant Data Account may be fulfilled by providing you with My Business Dashboard.
