Merchant Payments definition

Merchant Payments has the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 12.
Merchant Payments means a service that allows Merchants to receive funds from customer bank accounts and wallets through bank cards and mobile money and credits the funds into the Merchant’s 543 account

Examples of Merchant Payments in a sentence

  • You acknowledge and agree that (i) the origination of ACH transactions to and from your Account, including ACH transactions initiated for Merchant Payments, must comply with all provisions of applicable law, and (ii) you will receive at the primary e-mail address of record you have provided as part of your Account registration any required notices, disclosures or receipts.

  • Unless we otherwise agree, Payments are limited to maximum of $9,999 initiated to a single Merchant on a Business Day and a maximum of $20,000 for all Merchant Payments initiated on a Business Day.

  • The origination of ACH transactions to and from your Account, including ACH transactions initiated for Merchant Payments, is triggered by your request and only upon the date of your request.

  • Personal Accounts may also be used to make Authorised Merchant Payments as described in this Agreement where such Authorised Merchant Payments are available.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, an “inactive” Merchant Payments account is one which has not had any credit entries over a continuous period of six (6) months.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, MTN’s refusal to activate the Mobile Money Merchant Payments account shall neither confer on the Merchant any right to contest MTN’s decision nor give rise to any legal claim against MTN under this Agreement.

  • Personal accounts may also be used to make Authorized Merchant Payments as described in this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, an “inactive” Merchant Payments account is one which has not had any credit entries over a continuous period of thirty (30) days.

  • Merchant Payments and Restrictions You should schedule your payment dates at least seven to ten (7-10) business days in advance of the date your payment is actually due, not including any grace period.

  • You can define what are content, form and outputs of the training, (e.g. by the end of a training session the participants will know how to Withdraw / Deposit money, Transfer money, Pay bills, Mobile Recharge Self & Other, Merchant Payments (M-Shop), View Mini Statement, View Bills, Balance Enquiry, Change Language and Change PIN).
