Merchant Provider definition

Merchant Provider means any Person engaged to provide services involving or relating to (i) access to Cardholder data, transaction data or information related to either Cardholder data or transaction data or (ii) PIN encryption, including without limitation, Encryption Service Organizations (ESOs). Marks: names, logos, emblems, brands, service marks, trademarks, trade names, tag lines or other proprietary designations.
Merchant Provider means any Person engaged by CUSTOMER to provide services to CUSTOMER involving or relating to (i) access to Cardholder data, transaction data or information related to either Cardholder data or transaction data or (ii) PIN encryption, including without limitation, Encryption Service Organizations (ESOs). “Merchant Provider” also includes any corporate entity or franchisor that provides or controls a centralized or hosted network environment irrespective of whether Cardholder data is being stored, transmitted or processed through it.
Merchant Provider means and include RAPIDO PAYMENTS PVT LIMITED having its place of business at Hong Kong.

  • The Company shall not hold the Merchant Provider responsible for any non-compliance or termination of the Agreement with the Bank/PSP.

  • If after 15 days of such consultation, the Company and Merchant Provider fail to reach an amicable settlement, on any or all disputes or differences arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its performance, such disputes or differences shall be submitted to the council of the Hong Kong.
