Merchant Wallet definition

Merchant Wallet means Merchant’s account maintained with the bank or financial institution licensed under the Banking and Financial Institutions ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ in Malaysia; means Merchant’s account in the MM System in which Merchant’s electronic money and Commission are stored;
Merchant Wallet means Merchant’s account in the MP System in which Merchant’s electronic money and commission are stored;
Merchant Wallet means the Merchant’s funds account(s) held with FWEat to hold Transaction Funds. “Net Sales” means the total price of the Products in the Transaction excluding any taxes (including but not limited to any sale and services tax): (i) after the deduction of any discounts from the Merchant on the FWEat Platform, and (ii) excluding, Merchant’s service charge, Merchant’s surcharge, and other fees (if any and as applicable) as recorded on FWEat’s or its Affiliate’s system.

Examples of Merchant Wallet in a sentence

  • After the due completion of each MM Transaction, MM shall credit into Merchant Wallet, the Commission that is due to Merchant.

  • Pursuant to the successful Integration, FINJA Customers shall have the option to make payments electronically from the FINJA Customer Wallet to the Merchant Wallet Account.

  • Accordingly, the Merchant undertakes to (i) take all reasonable steps to protect the security of the electronic device or software through which the FINJA Services are being provided and (ii) not allow any third party, other than the employees of the Merchant to use the Merchant Wallet Account of the Merchant, including user name and password details.

  • Otherwise, MM shall only complete the Merchant Transaction after Merchant top-up Merchant Wallet to the requisite prepaid monetary value.

  • In this respect, MM shall only complete the MM Transaction if there is a credit value in Merchant Wallet.

  • Provided further, where a transaction is found to be an invalid or Void Transaction pursuant to transfer of funds from the concerned banks account into the Merchant Wallet Account, the Merchant shall be liable to ensure that such erroneously transferred funds are returned to FINJA and/or the member FIs.

  • Once your Account has been Activated, your use of the Boost Biz Merchant Wallet shall be strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • The Merchant agrees:- that in the event a Merchant Wallet is opened for the Merchant, its balance held in the GrabPay Wallet may not exceed the defined limit required by law as stipulated by Grab on its website.

  • The Merchant undertakes to use the Merchant Wallet Account strictly in compliance with the instructions and guidelines provided by FINJA from time to time and in accordance with special discounts and promotions agreed between FINJA and the Merchant, including but not limited to terms of use, mechanism of transaction processing with FINJA Customers, reporting requirements and/or any other condition, whether applicable under law or the operational policies of FINJA.

  • For clarity, while the Alliance Managers may attend meetings of all Committees, the Alliance Managers shall not: (a) serve as a voting member of any such Committee; nor (b) be counted towards either Party’s representation on any such Committee.
