Merger Equity Consideration definition

Merger Equity Consideration means the shares of common stock of the Borrower to be delivered to the equity holders of the Company pursuant to the Merger Agreement.
Merger Equity Consideration shares of common stock of Holdings with an aggregate value of $1,435,000,000 to be delivered to the equity holders of the Company pursuant to the Merger Agreement.
