MergerCo Common Stock definition

MergerCo Common Stock means the common stock of Mergerco having a par value of $0.01 per share.
MergerCo Common Stock means the Common Stock of MergerCo.

MergerCo Common Stock means the Common Stock, par value $1.00 per share, of Mergerco. "NYSE" means the New York Stock Exchange. "Order" means any order, judgment, injunction, award, decree or writ of any Governmental Authority. "Parent" means Triarc Companies, Inc., as Delaware corporation. "Parent Class A Common Stock" means the Class A Common Stock, par value $.10 per share, of Parent. "Parent Class B Common Stock" means the Class B Common Stock, par value $.10 per share, of Parent. "Parent Disclosure Schedule" means the disclosure schedule delivered by the Parent to the Company on or prior to the date hereof. "Parent SEC Documents" has the meaning specified in Section 4.4. "Patents" means any foreign or United States patents and patent applications including any divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, substitutions or reissues thereof, whether or not patents are issued on such applications and whether or not such applications are modified, withdrawn or resubmitted.
