metallic minerals definition

metallic minerals means a group of minerals comprising of gold, silver, copper, iron, nickel, cobalt, tin, tungsten, zinc, chromium, manganese, titanium, aluminium, platinum group of metals and other metallic minerals;
metallic minerals means ore deposits containing metal ores to be extracted or processed into concentrate containing metals, transition metals, metalloids, or alloys including gold, silver, lead, zinc, copper, molybdenum, tungsten, iron, platinum, cobalt, manganese, tin, lithium, and antimony. Metallic Minerals specifically do not include Reserved Minerals.
metallic minerals means all metallic minerals, metallic mineral products, ores, and concentrates as defined in the metallic minerals lease document approved by the department.

More Definitions of metallic minerals

metallic minerals shall be defined to include minerals with a high specific gravity and/or metallic luster, such as gold, silver, lead, copper, zinc, molybdenum, titanium, tungsten, uranium, tin, etc., but shall exclude any such Metallic Minerals that are intermingled within any economically-recoverable clay, iron oxides, silica and quartz mineral deposits located at or above an elevation [***] above sea level. The economic recoverability of a clay, iron oxides, silica or quartz mineral deposit shall be determined by Seller in its reasonable and professional judgment. Buyer understands and agrees that Seller shall undertake or continue its ongoing surface development activities, including open pit mining, after the Effective Date hereof, at the Bessarabia Mining Claims (including related underground activities relating to the development of saleable clay, iron oxides, silica and quartz). Seller understands and agrees that Buyer may undertake exploration, development and extraction activities, including open pit mining, after the Effective Date hereof, at the Subject Property (including underground activities relating to the exploration, development and extraction of Metallic Minerals located at or above an elevation [***] above sea level).
metallic minerals in this Agreement is hereinafter referred to as "Minerals".
metallic minerals means minerals containing the following metals: lithium, rubidium, caesium, beryllium, magnesium, strontium, radium, boron, aluminium, scandium, yttrium, the rare earth metals (lanthanides), actinium, thorium and other actinides, germanium, tin, lead, arsenic, antimony, bismuth, sulphur, selenium, tellurium, copper, silver, gold, zinc, cadmium, mercury, gallium, indium, thallium, titanium, zirconium, hafnium, vanadium, niobium, tantalum, chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, manganese, rhenium, iron, cobalt, nickel and platinum and metals of the platinum group (PGMs).
metallic minerals whether singular or plural, means any mineral substances of a metalliferous nature, except iron ores and taconite ores.
metallic minerals means ore deposits containing metal ores to be extracted or processed into concentrate containing metals, metalloids, or alloys including gold, silver, lead, zinc, copper, molybdenum, tungsten, iron, platinum, cobalt, manganese, tin, lithium, and antimony. Metallic Minerals specifically do not include Reserved Minerals.
