Metavante Software definition

Metavante Software means the software owned by Metavante and used to provide the Services.
Metavante Software shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4 hereof.
Metavante Software means the Metavante proprietary software residing and operating on Metavante's computers which are part of the ▇▇▇▇ Payment System.

Examples of Metavante Software in a sentence

  • If Metavante elects to support a new federal law, rule or regulation through changes to the Metavante Software, Metavante shall develop and implement modifications to the Services to enable Customer to comply with such new federal laws, rules and regulations.

  • In any event, Metavante shall work with Customer in developing and implementing a suitable procedure or direction to enable Customer to comply with federal and state laws, rules and regulations applicable to the Services being provided by Metavante to Customer, including in those instances when Metavante has elected to, but it is not commercially practicable to, modify the Metavante Software prior to the regulatory deadline for compliance.

  • If Metavante elects to support a new federal law, rule, or regulation through changes to the Metavante Software, Metavante shall develop and implement modifications to the Services to enable Customer to comply with such new federal laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Customer will make no more than two (2) copies of the Metavante Software for backup and archival purposes and may make no copies for any other purpose.

  • The Metavante Software is licensed for use on individual computers and individual network workstations.

  • In any event, Metavante shall work with Client in developing and implementing a suitable procedure or direction to enable Client to comply with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the Services being provided by Metavante to Client, including in those instances when Metavante has elected to, but it is not commercially practicable to, modify the Metavante Software prior to the regulatory deadline for compliance.

  • Client must submit a completed Project Request form to Metavante either electronically or via fax for all Metavante Software modification requests.

  • Metavante will provide to Customer improvements or enhancements as these are developed for the Metavante Software.

  • Altering, modifying, maintaining or servicing the Metavante Software by anyone other than Metavante shall relieve Metavante of any obligation under the software agreement.

  • The license granted hereby shall commence upon the delivery of the Metavante Software and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the terms contained herein.

Related to Metavante Software

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;
