Meter or Metering means an instrument that measures the quantity of gas passing through it and includes associated equipment attached to the instruction to control or regulate the flow of gas. The Meter is the property of the Distributor. Personal Information – means information or opinion about you from which your identity is apparent or can reasonably be ascertained.
