Metered Customer definition

Metered Customer means any person connected to the water system and being charged based on a volumetric rate;
Metered Customer means lots, land or premises, and the owners thereof, within the city in or on which the sewerage system of the city is used for the purpose of disposing of sewage wastes and having a water supply from the board of water commissioners, the charge for which is based on a metered or measured quantity.
