Metered Volume definition

Metered Volume means, for a CMU, a generating unit or a demand side response CMU component and a settlement period, the net aggregate volume of active energy, measured by one or more meters, which flowed in that settlement period to or from that CMU, unit or component;
Metered Volume means, in relation to a Settlement Unit, the volume of electricity generated by the Facility in that Settlement Unit as measured by the Facility Metering Equipment in accordance with the MOF and the TSRs, less:
Metered Volume means that volume of Petroleum that has been measured by a metering system at the point of entry of the EACOP system;

Examples of Metered Volume in a sentence

  • Metering data used for the purposes of calculating Metered Volume must be provided to the CfD Counterparty by the Generator in the file format stipulated by the CfD Counterparty, and as modified from time to time.

  • Metered Volume shall be measured and recorded through Metering Equipment calibrated, installed, commissioned, proved, operated, maintained, tested and otherwise provided for as set out in this MOF.

  • In the above paragraphs, “DMV” means the Deemed Metered Volume calculated for that Registered Participant for that Settlement Period under section 2 above.

  • For each Settlement Period, the Deemed Metered Volume of each Registered Participant for a direction is equal to the maximum between 0 and the net of the Long Term, Daily and Intraday Mid-Channel Nominations (as amended by any Curtailment) of that Registered Participant for that Settlement Period integrated over the Settlement Period to give a kWh figure.

  • If the Offtaker is the Registrant of the Facility Metering Equipment, the Offtaker shall ensure that the BM Unit or Additional BM Unit for the Facility accurately records the BM Unit Metered Volume in accordance with the requirements of the BSC.

  • In relation to DM Supply Meters the calculation of the Metered Volume and the Receipt of valid Meter Reading in relation to a DM Supply Meter in accordance with TPD Sections M4.

  • Without prejudice to Clause 18.6.1, the Offtaker shall pay the Generator the applicable System Sell Price for any Electrical Output in any period following the expiry or earlier termination of this Agreement in which: the Offtaker remains the Registrant of the Facility Metering Equipment; or a Metered Volume Reallocation Notification remains in place which reallocates Electrical Output from the Facility to the Offtaker.

  • Subject to Clause 5.2, the Generator (and not any Onsite Customer) shall be responsible for providing the Generator Metered Volume and the Customer Metered Volume to the CfD Settlement Services Provider in relation to each Settlement Unit and must ensure that it, or any third-party data collector appointed by it, has sufficient access rights (pursuant to any Market Supply Agreement or otherwise) in relation to the Customer Meter and any associated Metering Equipment to be able to do so.


More Definitions of Metered Volume

Metered Volume means the Customer Metered Volume and/or the Generator Metered Volume, as the context requires;
Metered Volume means the energy volume as metered by the HH Unit Meter Point; “Metering System” shall mean all the components making up the Unit Meter Point;
Metered Volume has the same meaning as given to it in the Balancing and Settlement Code.

Related to Metered Volume

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.
