Outlet EBITDA definition
Outlet EBITDA means EBITDA for a particular pub or Permitted Business calculated on the basis of the earnings of that pub or Permitted Business (as the case may be) but disregarding any provision in respect of taxation of the Securitisation Group.
Outlet EBITDA means EBITDA for a particular Pub or Permitted Business calculated on the basis of the earnings of that Pub or Permitted Business (as the case may be) but disregarding any centralised overheads or costs, and any provisions or payments in respect of taxation of the Securitisation Group.
