Metropolitan county definition

Metropolitan county means a county located in the seven-county metropolitan area as defined in section 473.121 or a county with a population of 90,000 or more.
Metropolitan county means any one of the following counties: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington.
