Mexican Guarantors definition

Mexican Guarantors means the parties listed as Mexican Guarantors on Schedule 3.01(a)(iv).
Mexican Guarantors means, collectively, each Guarantor that is incorporated under the laws of Mexico.
Mexican Guarantors means, collectively, Cequent Electrical MX and Cequent Sales MX.
