Mexican Offer definition

Mexican Offer shall have the meaning set forth in Recital (A) hereto.
Mexican Offer means the portion of the Offers that will be conducted in, and in accordance with the securities regulations of, Mexico through the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A. de C.V.
Mexican Offer shall have the meaning set forth in Recital (A) of the Convertible and Subordinated Loan Agreement.
