Mezzanine Borrower definition

Mezzanine Borrower shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.6 hereof.

Mezzanine Borrower or “Mezzanine Borrowers” shall mean, individually or collectively, as the context may require, First Mezzanine Borrowers and Second Mezzanine Borrowers.

Mezzanine Borrower shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

Mezzanine Borrower as used herein shall include the respective successors and permitted assigns, legal and personal representatives, executors, administrators, devisees, legatees and heirs of Mezzanine Borrower, if any.

Mezzanine Borrower has the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(a).

Mezzanine Borrower means, collectively, Borrower and Mezzanine A Borrower, together with their respective successors and permitted assigns.
