Mezzanine Debt Amount definition
Mezzanine Debt Amount means, as of the Mezzanine Loan Acquisition Date, the outstanding principal amount of the Mezzanine Loans plus all accrued but unpaid interest thereon and any other amounts payable under the Mezzanine Loans.
Mezzanine Debt Amount means the amount required to repay in full the Mezzanine Loan including any interest (including PIK interest) and any prepayment penalties required to be made on such repayment in full on the Completion Date.
