MFN Exceptions shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(c).

More Definitions of MFN Exceptions

MFN Exceptions means any Incremental Loan and any Indebtedness subject to clause (c) of the “Applicable Requirements” that is (i) incurred to finance a Permitted Acquisition or other Investment permitted hereunder or (ii) incurred after February 25, 2021.
