MFN PRICING definition

MFN PRICING is defined in Paragraph 4.5
MFN PRICING or "Most Favored Nation pricing" means, with respect to resale, the best local market price offered to any third party for the purchase of air time on Manager's network including but not limited to any third party who may use the air time for its own wireless communications services or resell the air time, and, with respect to roaming, the lowest roaming charge of Manager to other wireless carriers when their customers roam on the Service Area Network.
MFN PRICING. For each calendar quarter, COLLABORATION PARTNER will not sell NR or STABLE NR to any THIRD PARTY for less than the price COLLABORATION PARTNER offers to P&G for the same calendar quarter.

Examples of MFN PRICING in a sentence

  • If LICENSEE is able to make the LICENSED PRODUCT available to OWNER at MFN PRICING, but does not sell to OWNER at PETRO-COMPETITIVE PRICING, then the COMMERCIAL PATENT LICENSE will become a non-exclusive, royalty-bearing license limited to the existing commercial plants in each REGION.

  • If LICENSEE does not make the LICENSED PRODUCT available at the production volumes of Paragraph 4.6 (OWNER Option for Capacity) at either MFN PRICING or PETRO-COMPETITIVE PRICING, then the COMMERCIAL PATENT LICENSE will terminate at the election of OWNER upon written notice to LICENSEE.

More Definitions of MFN PRICING

MFN PRICING means the party purchasing the good shall receive a price no less favorable than the price available to other similarly situated purchasers for the same good at the time of the sale.

  • Level V Pricing applies on any day if no other Pricing Level applies on such day.

  • Level I Pricing applies on any day on which the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A+ or higher by S&P or A1 or higher by Moody’s.

  • Level IV Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated BBB+ or higher by S&P or Baa1 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) none of Level I Pricing, Level II Pricing or Level III Pricing applies.
