MFS Product(s) definition
MFS Product(s) means the products offered by MFS or its Affiliate(s) in connection with the Services, as listed on Mubasher Financial Services (DIFC) Limited Web Site from time to time; "MFS Software" means (i) the computer programs; (ii) the related Documentation; (iii) any revised and corrected versions ("Updates") and enhanced and improved versions ("Upgrades") of such computer programs and Documentation which MFS (and/or its Affiliates) makes available in the ordinary course of its business on the Mubasher Financial Services (DIFC) Limited Web Site; and (iv) all copies of the foregoing, including where they are embedded in MFS Products and/or provided by MFS for or in connection with the provision of the Services; "Month" means a Gregorian calendar month;

I understand that this Agreement governs all aspects of my relationship with MFS (including all Transactions between MFS and me and all MFS Products and the Services now or in the future offered through MFS and/or its Affiliates, beginning on the date my Trading Account is opened), except where otherwise provided in another agreement entered into between me and MFS and/or the relevant Affiliate in connection with a specific product or service.
