Miami International Mall Mortgage Loan. With respect to the Miami International Mall Whole Loan, the Mortgage Loan that is included in the Trust (identified as Mortgage Loan No. 1 on the Mortgage Loan Schedule), which is designated as promissory note A-1, and is pari passu in right of payment with the Miami International Mall Pari Passu Companion Loan to the extent set forth in the Miami International Mall Intercreditor Agreement.
