Microbial Contamination means any contamination, either airborne or surface, which arises out of or is related to the presence of fungi, mold, mildew, mycotoxins, microbial volatile organic compounds or spores, including, without limitation, Penicillium, Aspergillus, Fursarium, Aspergillis Flavus and Stachybotrys chartarum. Losses resulting from the above causes are excluded hereunder unless arising out of one or more of the following perils, in which case this exclusion does not apply: Fire, lightning, explosion, aircraft or vehicle impact, falling objects, windstorm, hail, tornado, cyclone, hurricane, earthquake, volcano, flood, freeze, weight of snow, or water damage as covered in the Company’s original Policies.
