Reseller may use Microsoft’s corporate name, technology names and trademarks in plain text (but not logos, trade dress, designs or word marks in stylized form) to accurately identify and refer to Microsoft and its technology and services in accordance with the guidelines for Referential Use of Microsoft Trademarks located at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en- us/legal/intellectualproperty/Trademarks/default.aspx.
Publisher will not use Microsoft Trademarks with third-party trademarks in a manner that might suggest co-branding or otherwise create confusion as to source or sponsorship of the Software Title or Marketing Materials, or ownership of Microsoft Trademarks, unless Microsoft has approved such use, expressly and in writing.
